Season of Love

Lenten season again! how time flies so fast, one morning it is Christmas the birth of our Lord, and now it is Lent, the season that reminds us of Gods infinite love for His people.

Spending and celebrating Lent in the province is probably the most dramatic i would say, seeing tradition and the atmosphere of people around you would make you feel more the season, it is different in so many way, and it brings you back to the reason why this season needed to be celebrated and cherished.

Today i was reminded of the importance of friends and families, how valuable this are in your life, and how significant it is in your journey. Some people would be lucky to have a huge set of friends and families, while some is fortunate to have a handful, but what ever the size, what is important is the value it can bring to you as a person. Some are lucky to have a supportive set, while many only dream of having one, yes, it is difficult somehow to walk alone in this journey, as they say, no man is an island, but truth of the fact, many are actually living their life by themselves, not by choice but by circumstance.

That is the reason why this season is important, because it reminds us that we are not alone, though we might not have what others have, or still dreaming of the ideal set, but truth is, in life, we will never be alone for as long as we have that faith in Him.

This season reminds us of that bond and unity that tied us together with the one true source, that no matter what happen, in any season you are in, in your lowest and highest, in your success and defeat, there is one person that is constant, and He is the reason for this season,

May we all have a meaningful Lent, that truly this season will bring us greater and deeper awareness that we will never be alone. He is there, He is constant, and He will forever remain.

That alone should give us hope and peace.
