1221 Consulting is a company that provide assistance through training, workshop and capacity building session to various local communities, offices, companies and businesses all over the Philippines.

 

With the goal to empower company workforce, establish social enterprises in communities and develop social entrepreneurs among individuals and the families within, 1221 is creating a work environment where employees and individuals are encouraged to discover their inner strength and ability to dream and rise above, to be the best they can be and excel in the work they do, and this is done by empowering and equipping them to have a sustainable, well-nourished and productive way of thinking.

Part of our effort to fill gaps within the workplace and society, we conduct project research and program development module and session for corporation, non-government organization, foundations, government agencies and small businesses.
